Helping Hands Presents Inc., was established by Bishop George and his wife Dr. Cheryl Ferrand, providing secure, economically, and caring transportation services to the elderly community and individuals with a disability or handicap. The Ferrands oftentimes witnessed the elderly being picked up very late or left behind.
