By booking a service with Helping Hands Presents, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You are authorized to make bookings on behalf of yourself or another individual.
Helping Hands Presents provides transportation, personal assistance, and accessibility-related services including but not limited to:
Non-emergency medical transport
Errands and grocery assistance
Social visits and event drop-offs
Accessibility support (e.g., ramp installation)
Long-distance travel (upon request)
All services are provided based on availability and require prior booking.
Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-Day Service: Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If a client fails to show up at the pickup location without notice, a full trip charge may apply.
Payments are due at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the agreement.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or UPI.
For special services (long-distance, ramp installation), a deposit may be required in advance.
Clients must provide accurate information about pickup/drop-off locations, timing, and special needs.
Any medical needs or mobility support required should be disclosed during booking.
Clients are expected to treat staff with respect. Abuse, threats, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Our team is trained in safe, respectful care and transportation.
Helping Hands Presents is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for personal belongings left behind in our vehicles.
In case of medical emergencies during transport, we will contact emergency services but are not equipped to provide emergency care.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The client is intoxicated or behaving aggressively.
Safety risks are identified during pickup.
The nature of the request goes beyond the scope of our services.
We respect your privacy. All personal data collected for bookings or services is kept confidential and used solely for operational purposes. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Helping Hands Presents reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
